What is EWD2?
EWD2 is a magnetic window and door sensor also sensing vibration and measuring temperature. It can be used as transmitter for other, wired digital sensors. Available in two colors: white or brown.
What EWD2 does?
Primarily, EWD2 is designed to act as standard magnetic door and window sensor. It also has built-in shock sensor which detects a break-in attempt before opening the door. On-board zone terminal allows to connect any external digital sensor or water sensor to protect premises from flooding.
2 tamper switches are designed to detect sabotage. Temperature sensor measures and sends temperature data to control panel and can be delivered to home owner via ELDES Cloud services.
The user needs to bind the sensor to alarm system by sending a command via SMS or using ELDES Configuration Tool. ELDES alarm systems support up to 32 (ESIM364) or 16 (ESIM264, EPIR2) EWD2 sensors.
